With 18 years in the beauty industry, I've seen it all—but my true passion lies in intimate waxing. I love helping clients feel confident in their own skin while creating a welcoming, body-positive space where everyone feels at ease.

But my mission goes beyond that. I'm passionate about empowering beauty therapists to recognise their worth. Too many talented professionals undervalue themselves, and it's time to change that. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our training courses and the commitment we make to delivering comprehensive education, we do not offer refunds for course bookings. Once a student has enrolled, we dedicate time and resources to ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance. To support our students, we provide follow-up assistance after course completion, ensuring they feel confident in their skills. If you have any concerns about your training, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to provide additional guidance where necessary.

Return Policy for Kits Kits purchased are distributed on the day of training and are checked to ensure they are fit for purpose. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any kits provided. If you encounter any issues with your kit on the day of the course, please inform us immediately so we can address the concern. By booking our course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Booking & Cancellation Policy – Sadie Riches Advanced Waxing Education To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please read and understand our booking and cancellation policy before securing your place on a course. Booking & Payment A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place on any course. This fee ensures your commitment and covers administrative costs. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the course start date, as specified in your booking confirmation. Payment can be made via payment link or bank transfer. Course Requirements To attend the Advanced Intimate Waxing Course, you must hold a valid waxing certificate. Proof of certification will be required before your booking is confirmed. Any failure to provide the required certification will result in your booking being cancelled without a refund. You must follow any pre-course instructions provided, such as patch testing if necessary or bringing necessary materials. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to rebook. Failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in the loss of your payment, with no option for rescheduling or refunds. Lateness & No-Shows Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be unable to participate, and your booking fee will be forfeited. No-shows are considered a cancellation with no refund or rescheduling option. Refunds All booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, lateness, or failure to attend.
